About Art & Fabric Club

We are a cheerful and welcoming group of people who share a love for fabric, sewing, and painting. Our passion lies in experimenting with fabric, thread painting, and paint to create unique and imaginative pictures. The possibilities are endless, and every session brings something new to explore.

All skill levels are encouraged to join, from beginners wanting to learn the basics to experienced makers looking to try fresh ideas. We usually run two workshops each year, introducing new techniques such as thread painting, collage, fabric painting, dyeing, and working with different materials like solvy. These workshops are a great way to expand your skills while enjoying the creative process.

The cost is $5 per week, which includes morning tea. New members are welcome to come along and see what we’re all about.
