Spinners & Weavers

Spinners and Weavers meet every Tuesday and Friday at the TUA complex in Banora Point and Murwillumbah Spinners and Knitters meet each Thursday at the Bray Park 7th Day Adventist Church building between 9am and 2pm.

We spin, weave, knit and crochet and all are welcome whether a beginner wanting to learn new crafts or an experienced fibre artist. 

We hold regular workshops sharing new skills and techniques with each other and there are spinning wheels and looms available at the Cottage for use by members. Often 2nd hand equipment is also available at reasonable prices.

Membership is $30.00 per year with a small cost of $3.00 per visit for the Banora Point groups and $5.00 for the Murwillumbah group to cover morning tea and the purchase of new books and equipment etc.
